We usually have a single piece of a particular craftt in a particular design. That is because of the unique nature of our crafts i.e they are all handmade. A product that has been sold out is usually not available immediately. However, we would request you to send us an e-mail mentioning the Code and we will try to get you the required product as early as possible and inform you about the availability.

10. Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel orders that are yet in the ‘Processing’ or 'Processed' phase, ie., while we have received the order and are ready to send the same. Once you order has entered the 'Processed' status, we will not be able to cancel your order.
