If you would like to make a return, please email info@himalayancashmerepashmia.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to mail your return within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued within 7 days from the time we receive your items and in the same payment method used for the original purchase.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer service to initiate a return.

In the event an item is damaged during shipping, we will need to file a claim with the shipping company before we can process a refund. Any damaged product must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. During this time it will be important to hold on to the original packaging material for the shipping company to process the claim. Once they determine the damage occurred in transit, we will issue a complete refund.
